Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

All products are drop-shipped directly to you* from the manufacturer located in Commerce, California. Of course, if you’d rather pay for expedited shipping, just contact us for a personalized shipping quote.
*Please Note: We will only ship to an address that is on record with your credit provider.

Shipping Time

Most orders will ship within 1-2 business days, provided the ordered product is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays, except by prior arrangement.
Orders typically take 4-9 days for delivery, but we cannot guarantee an arrival date. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by New Clor Inc. or other parties only as an estimate. A tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipment of your order or you can log into your account and check the status at any time. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Product Packaging

Our return/exchange policy requires that all items must be in their original packaging. For this reason, we strongly advise that you keep all packaging for the full duration of your warranty period.

Out-of-Stock Products

We will ship your order as it becomes available. Usually, products ship within 1-2 business days. However, there may be times when the manufacturer is out-of-stock, which will delay the fulfillment of your order. This is beyond our control. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock or unavailable for immediate shipment. You will always be given the option to remain on back order. You may cancel your back order at any time prior to shipping. Items on back order can take up to 4-8 weeks for delivery.

Order Cancellation

Cancel your order at any time prior to shipping by sending us an email, calling us, or using our online contact form. Orders canceled after they have already been shipped will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee, and all shipping costs incurred by New Clor Inc.

Multiple Product Orders

For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus shipping charges (if applicable).

Taxes

New Clor Inc. does not charge taxes (or handling fees!) on any U.S. order, except in the State of California. Since we are a California-based corporation, we are required by California law to collect sales tax on any deliveries to California. For orders shipped to Canada, you are solely responsible for all GST and Customs charges.

Exchanges

We will only accept the exchange of products due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for exchange for 30 days from the date of purchase. All exchanges must be accompanied by an RGA number issued by New Clor Inc.

Refunds

Products can be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase (minus a 25% re-stocking fee, and all shipping costs incurred by New Clor Inc.) only if they have not been installed, damaged, used or modified in any way. All refunds must be accompanied by an RGA number issued by New Clor Inc. All refunds are subject to a full inspection before any refund is given.

Warranty

Warranty is for exchange only. All products (except LED taillights) come with a 30 day warranty against manufacturer defects. LED taillights come with a 1 year warranty against defects and LED outages. No refunds will be issued on products that have already been installed or damaged in any way. All warranty claims must be accompanied by an RGA number issued by New Clor Inc.

**When exchanging or returning, all products must be in original packaging with your personal RGA number clearly marked on the outside of the box. Products received without a valid RGA and original packaging will be returned to the buyer, and no credit will be issued. Shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer with all claims. Please allow 24 to 72 hours for issuance of your RGA number. Please allow up to 3 weeks to process your return or exchange once it has been received at the warehouse.
NOTE: We strongly advise you to keep your factory OEM lights in case you need to exchange your purchase. This way you’ll have something to use while you wait for your replacement.

Damaged Items

Due to the nature of the products we sell, we carefully inspect and meticulously package all products prior to shipping. If your product arrives damaged, you must sign for the shipment as “received damaged”. The shipping company will then be responsible for the damaged item. After signing for and receiving the part, contact us and we will assist you with the damage claim and part replacement process. Please have your order number ready.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, New Clor Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. New Clor Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase, and your order is canceled, New Clor Inc. shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
